Frequently Asked Questions
Below you'll find answers to our most frequently asked questions. If you do not

What is the Online High School Credit Recovery program?
Online High School Credit Recovery is a provider-accredited program designed for
high school students who need to get on track for graduation by making up credit
or improving their GPAs.
We offer online courses in Language Arts, Science, and Mathematics year round.
Depending on your need, you can enroll in one or two semester courses per subject.
How much time will it take me to complete the course?
You will have up to four weeks to complete each semester course, and if you need
to complete two semesters of a course, you have up to eight weeks to complete both.
We recommend that you set aside six to eight hours per week to complete each course
within four weeks.
How much does it cost?
Starting at
$0 (USD)
for each semester of a course.
The Language Arts courses may require books that you can either buy or check out
of your local library. To find the closest library, click here. (http://www.publiclibraries.com/)
How many courses can I take?
We recommend that you take one course at a time, but we do not limit the number
of courses you can enroll in. Think about the amount of time that you are able to
spend on coursework in terms of your other activities. If you’d like to make up
several classes this summer, consider taking two courses at a time.
Will I be able to transfer my grades?
The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council
on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), which means your credits should
transfer. However, we recommend that you request approval from your guidance counselor
prior to enrolling. Download the
Credit Transfer Pre-Approval
form.
Will I have an instructor to assist me with the coursework?
You can contact a certified instructor by phone or email. Our instructors typically
respond the same day. We require our instructors to respond within two school days.
